I’ve led teams, built businesses from the ground up, navigated growth seasons, and managed complex people challenges. I understand the pressures leaders face.

My approach is holistic. I don’t just focus on compliance or strategy in isolation, I help leaders grow in capability, clarity, and confidence so they can strengthen their teams, build accountability, and create cultures where people take ownership.
